Fall is in the Air!

The Swensen family celebrates birthdays a few times a year and we just celebrate everyone within a 3 month time frame. This weekend was the end-of-the-year birthdays. We went to Brian's parents and had some fun halloween activities for the party. The water feature in the backyard became haunted and the kids had a little scavenger hunt for some fun toys. Then each family got to design and create a pumpkin. These were really fun! Each child in our family contributed to the design. Then we had a yummy lunch of soup, cake and ice cream, and opened presents. It is always so fun to get together and have these parties!
The vampire teeth were a huge hit and the kids loved them!

Time to decorate the pumpkins! Brian helped the kids draw on the face that they wanted. The finished product! It turned out really cute!
