Kemery's Party

Kemery had a very "tangled" birthday this year. She got to spend the morning at Meadow Elementary while I helped Hillary's class tie-dye shirts. After the kids got home though, the fun really began. We decided to go swimming at the Legacy center. However, we didn't realize that because of swim lessons, all the slides and fountains were closed. Made it kinda boring, but Kemery enjoyed herself since she's such a water baby.

Then it was home to clean up and head to Chick-fil-A for dinner. All she wanted was chicken nuggets she said, so that was the place. She and Whitney played on the playplace while Carter ran around with the camera. Unfortunately, we only got a few shots out of all he took. He's still a budding photographer.

At home she opened her gifts. She got a wooden birthday cake set from grandma and grandpa Nelson, a dancing outfit from grandma and grandpa Swensen, a Rapunzel doll, a Rapunzel dress, a sweater dress, and a few odds and ends. She has worn her Rapunzel dress daily and we are just hoping it holds out until Halloween.

And of course, we had to have the Tangled cake as well. She had a great birthday!

What a cutie! I can't believe our babies are 3 years old... that's how old our boys were when we met!?!? Can you believe that?!
