Boating

We haven't been boating in 2 years now so it was time! We hauled out wakeboards up and made sure we got the boat on the lake. It's the only way my parents use it anymore. Lake Mendota is huge and in the middle of the week, not very busy. So we got some good water to play on.

Hillary, Carter, and Whitney all tried waterskiing. Hillary and Whitney got up, but Carter felt like he was drowning and gave up pretty quick. Brian got out on his wake board and tore up the water the best he could without a tower on the boat. He attempted a flip, but just couldn't get high enough to land it. I got out my 3 year old board, cut the tags off, and got up on my first try. My muscles were in shock though and gave out pretty quick. So no jumps for me.

Then we got out the tube. The kids had a blast bouncing around behind the boat. Even Kemery had a great time and kept asking for more!
